DESCRIPTION: Aged in Pinot Noir oak barrels, provided by our neighbor the City Winery. Aromas and flavors of fig, plum, apricot, tart cherry are complimented by a subtle dry oak finish.

Harmonizes with grilled meats, rich sauces, and citrus glazes. Wonderful dessert beer too.
