FULL TIME TAPROOM SERVER - NaSHVILLE, TN

Tennessee Brew Works is seeking a Full-Time Taproom Server. Tennessee Brew Works is looking for FOH Staff for its Taproom located at 809 Ewing Ave in Nashville, TN. We offer a tip credit that guarantees at least $15/hour for servers (most time credits only guarantee minimum wage).

All craft beer lovers and hospitality driven service professionals are encouraged to apply! We are seeking dynamic, and innovative Beertenders to pour our amazing beer, produce awesome cocktails, and keep watch on our 160+whiskey bottle list.

Further, we are searching for Servers who have a proven track record of providing the best service, love their guests, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy beer bar in the thick of the action near downtown.

Please have at least 2 years of steady service industry experience. If you are chasing after a positive work culture and love to learn about craft beer, then this is your home.

Part-time Packaging Associate - NaSHVILLE, tn

Tennessee Brew Works is seeking a Packaging Associate. This requisition is for a part-time, hourly position, responsible for executing packaging operations including kegging, canning and bottling beer. Forklift training a plus. Opportunity for advancement in the brewery.

Compensation:

$16/hour starting wage. We also offer 401(k) and limited contribution matching plan, no vesting period.

Responsibilities include:

Kegging, canning and bottling beer, which includes setting up containers the day prior.
Warehouse cleaning and organization.

Qualifications, Experience & Expectations:

Cleanliness and attention to detail.
Flexible work schedule. Mainly Monday-Friday, with heightened needs Tuesday-Thursday.
Ability to work extended hours in unconditioned warehouse environment.
Strict attention and adherence to safety standards.
Team player.
