Part-time Packaging Associate - NaSHVILLE, tn
Tennessee Brew Works is seeking a Packaging Associate. This requisition is for a part-time, hourly position, responsible for executing packaging operations including kegging, canning and bottling beer. Forklift training a plus. Opportunity for advancement in the brewery.
Compensation:
$15/hour starting wage. We also offer 401(k) and limited contribution matching plan, no vesting period.
Responsibilities include:
Kegging, canning and bottling beer, which includes setting up containers the day prior.
Warehouse cleaning and organization.
Qualifications, Experience & Expectations:
Cleanliness and attention to detail.
Flexible work schedule. Mainly Monday-Friday, with heightened needs Tuesday-Thursday.
Ability to work extended hours in unconditioned warehouse environment.
Strict attention and adherence to safety standards.
Team player.

BREWER / ASST BREWER - NaSHVILLE, tn
Position Overview: Tennessee Brew Works is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Brewer or Brewer to join our dynamic production team. This full-time position requires a versatile individual who is willing to contribute to all aspects of brewing operations based on their experience level. The successful candidate will engage in a range of responsibilities including packaging, cellaring, transfers/centrifuge, wort production, lab work, and general cleaning and maintenance of the brewery and equipment. A solid understanding of brewing and fermentation sciences, as well as mechanical aptitude, is essential. Professional brewing experience is highly desirable for this role. The position is full time, $45k starting wage, depending on experience, plus $315/month health insurance subsidy for our group plans. We also offer 401(k) and a limited contribution matching plan, no vesting period.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various brewing activities, including cellaring, transfers/centrifuge, wort production, lab work, and overall brewery cleanliness and upkeep.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance practices to ensure the production of high-quality beer.
Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain efficient workflow.
Adhere to strict safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends, to accommodate production demands.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and precision to uphold the brewery's quality standards.
Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, actively contributing as a team player.
Qualifications, Experience & Expectations:
Preferably possess higher education in engineering, natural sciences, or a degree from a professional brewing school. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a brewery operation is highly desirable.
Strong willingness to follow quality assurance practices and standard operating procedures.
Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to occasionally work nights and weekends.
Capacity to work extended hours in a physically demanding environment.
Strict adherence to safety standards to ensure personal and team well-being.
Must be capable of lifting 55 lbs without issue.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering cooperation and collaboration.
