DESCRIPTION: This pleasantly crisp, Tennessee-borne light lager is brewed with rice sugars, real yuzu and ginger. The yuzu fruit, often used in Japanese cuisine, provides honeysuckle aromatics followed by deliciously tart notes of grapefruit, tangy lemon, and sweet tangerine. Combined with subtle, spicy notes from the fresh ginger, we have created a unique, crisp, and refreshing beer that is perfect for a Tennessee Summer.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: This refreshing beer pairs well with all kinds of fish including whitefish, salmon, and tuna. It is delicious alongside sushi, tempura and ramen and other traditionally Asian-inspired cuisine.
