DESCRIPTION:

Appearance: A deep and rich mahogany Abbey style ale

Aroma: Toffee, plum and subtle tobacco notes from the George Dickel No. 12 barrel

Taste: Caramel and toffee, fig and ripe plum, balanced by subtle oak with a dry finish 

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Pairs beautifully with roasted duck, wild game, smoked meats, aged firm cheeses, and, for dessert, apple pie. Whisky drinkers might notice a correlation with how well the Dickel No 12 pairs with these foods too.
