This Tennessee farmhouse ale proudly celebrates the farm fresh ingredients grown by Delvin Farms of College Grove, Tennessee. The earthy complexity and subtle sweetness of juiced beets with a French Saison yeast give this beer exceptional culinary attributes.

Hints of floral and subtle beet root on the nose transition to a crisp earthiness. Delicious notes of pink peppercorn from the beets start on the palate and finish dry. Consider cellaring this beer for roughly 6-9 months from release.  Over time the earthy attributes subside and give way to elements of blended red and dark berries.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:

Pair with an assortment of meat such as duck, pork, foie gras and chicken. Enjoy with soft cheeses as well. Of course, our classic beet salad loaded with burrata would do the trick!
