STYLE: Vintage 2020 Imperial Porter Aged in George Dickel No. 12 Whisky Barrels
ABV: 9.0%, IBU: 40
DESCRIPTION: Created in partnership with the Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. The Tennessee Brew Works team specifically selected the Imperial Porter to best complement the flavor profile of barrels that once housed George Dickel No. 12 Tennessee whisky.
Layers of dark and bitter chocolate, roasted coffee and faint cinnamon eloquently combine with light oak and smoky notes from the whisky barrel.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Pairs beautifully with roasted duck, wild game, smoked meats, aged firm cheeses, and, for dessert, apple pie.
