DESCRIPTION: Continuing the tradition of excellence that has defined this partnership since 2017, we are proud to introduce our Vintage 2023 English-Style Red Ale, aged in George Dickel Tennessee Whisky barrels, to our loyal fans and craft beer enthusiasts. This beer is very limited.

Known for their world-class whisky, George Dickel is part of Tennessee history with George A. Dickel & Co first releasing whisky over 150 years ago. Tennessee Brew Works seeks to create high quality craft beer that pays homage to the land, traditions, and culture of Tennessee and of George Dickel, showcasing some of our state’s wonderful heritage.

Brewed with traditional English malt (Maris Otter) and fermented using classic English yeast, this clean, malty Red Ale was crafted in 2023 and meticulously aged for over 8 months in the very limited 18-year George Dickel Tennessee Whisky barrels. These barrels were provided to us freshly after they were emptied at the Cascade Hollow distillery!

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Pairs beautifully with roasted duck, wild game, smoked meats, aged firm cheeses, and, for dessert, apple pie.
