DESCRIPTION: Named after the cutaway on a guitar, the Cutaway provides the perfect balance between the rye and IPA beer styles.

Starting with a bouquet of grapefruit and tangerine on the nose it works in harmony with the spicy and earthy notes that play on the palate and softly reverberates to the finish.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: The fruit aromas from the hops and spicy notes from the rye tend to pair very well with sharp cheeses and dishes that utilize citrus.
