Made with real locally-sourced Tennessee sweet potatoes!

Our own in-house chef roasts generous amounts of sweet potatoes from Delvin Farm’s in College Grove, Tenn., and prepares them for the brew team.

The cured and roasted sweet potatoes add a smooth and creamy mouthfeel to the body of the beer without using lactose. Melodies of coffee and dark chocolate transition into a finale of roasted notes.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Country Roots offers a rich roasted flavor that drinks well during the cool winter months. It shines particularly well when paired with braised meats, hearty vegetables, while complimenting desserts that are influenced by chocolate and salted caramel.
